At least call her… Written word over the internet doesn’t really convey the emotion or intent you have. A few words could mean a lot of different things. If all else fails, I’d just type her a message, casually offering an innocent date— let her have a little bit of the say in your plans, so that your final decision is something you’ll both genuinely enjoy.
